Oyster mushroom is also named cap fungus, oyster mushroom(Pleurotus) contain abundant nutrition material, each 100g contain 20-30g protein, and complete amino acid.

Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is extremely delicious as well as conferring various health-giving properties and benefits.
