Function:

1)Food Industry

acid has a market share of over 70%. Up to now, there is no sour agent that can replace citric acid.

Citric acid is a weak acid, which can react with scale after heating, causing scale to fall off. At the same time, citric acid, asa food additive, will not cause the safety problem of drinking water after cleaning.
