Stigmasterol is a phytosterol, which is one of the main sterols in soybean oil. Sosterol is also found in Phellodendron chinense, Phellodendron chinense, Poisson lentil and potato.

Stigmasterol is obtained by physical purification. Due to its high nutritional value and strong physiological activity, sosterol has been used as an animal sound field accelerator with obvious effect, and has broad application prospects in the fields of medicine, cosmetics, paper processing, printing, textile, food and so on.

Phytosterol contains sitosterol, rapeseed sterol, rapeseed sterol, stigmasterol and so on. Stigmasterol is a kind of phytosterol, which has various properties and uses of phytosterol, especially stigmasterol is directly used as anti-inflammatory drugs because of its strong anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory effects.

As the main and most commonly used starting material for the production of steroidal drugs 4AD or ADD, stigmasterol has been paid more and more attention. In developed countries, stigmasterol has also been used as the raw material of health products to reduce cholesterol.
