Description of Agaricus Blazei Extract

Ji songrong (aka Brazil mushroom), native to Brazil and Peru.It is a summer and the growth of saprophytic bacteria, living in an environment of high temperature, high humidity, ventilation, almond flavor, crisp taste.Tender, lid ji songrong, a crisp, taste very good, pure taste delicious sweet, high edible value.

Fresh fruit body moisture content 85% 87%;Edible parts per 100 grams contains protein 40-45 grams in one with 38-45 grams, soluble sugar, crude fiber 6 to 8 grams, 3-4 grams of fat, ash content of 5-7 grams;Including 18 kinds of amino acids in proteins, the human body of 8 kinds of essential amino acids are complete, also contain a variety of vitamins and ergosterol.
