Description of Spine Date Seed Extract

Semen Ziziphi Spinosae, the seed of Ziziphus jujuba Mill. var. spinosa (bunge) Hu ex H.F. The seed of Ziziphus jujube Mill. var. spinosa (Bunge) Hu ex H. F. Chou, Suanzaoren in Chinese, is one of commonly used Chinese medicines. Saponins and fatty oil contains several fatty acids in Suanzaoren are responsible for its therapeutic activities. This herb has jujuboside A, jujuboside B, lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, palmitoleic acid,stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, arachidic acid and docosanoic acid. Spine date seed is traditional Chinese herb. Spine date seed p.e contains jujuboside A,jujuboside B, betulinic acid,betulin and ect. Spine date seed was used to soothe the nerves, stop sweating, nourish the heart, benefit the liver, treat insomnia, tranquilize the mind.

The spine date seed p.e is extract from the natural plant of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae which is red brown powder after the special extract processing. The powder form with good color. It's mainly used for Medicine, cosmetic, food addictive area as raw materials.

Seeds oblate or flat oval, long 5-9 mm, 5 -- 7 mm wide, 3 mm thick. Surface purple or puce, smooth, glossy, some longitudinal cracks. Side is flat, there is 1 the uplift of the ordinate lines; On the other side slightly raised. One end of the cave, visible linear hilum; The other side has a small raised points.
