FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
As the adhesive, thickening agent and water retention agent used in food, under the influence of salt in food, calcium-sodium exchange to form thickened high-content calcium gel, which is mostly used with sodium alginate.It can be used as a hemostat directly in the medicament.For industrial welding materials: binder, plasticizer.
